How do I actually earn money?
After finishing the signup and training, you receive hourly payments via direct deposit. Rates change by client, though bonuses are often available too.
Do I need prior experience?
No. While customer service experience is helpful, we are more interested in your communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Is this a W-2 job?
No. This is an independent contractor opportunity through the Arise platform. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and equipment.
