Must be at least 18 years of age to meet our professional standards.

Call Center Skills
Call center experience is preferred, though not required for entry.

Background Check
Must be able to pass a thorough background check prior to certification.

Availability
Must be available to begin within 14 days of acceptance into the program.

Customer Service
Customer service experience is preferred, though not required for entry.

Technical Setup
A compatible desktop or laptop computer, hard-wired internet, and USB headset required.
